Sedley Richard Laurence Voulters is a medium sized Chartered Accountancy and Business Consulting practice based in the heart of London's West End.
The focus of the firm has always been servicing the growing entrepreneurial business and throughout the twenty years we have been in practice this focus has never altered.
From a two-partner firm at its initiation, the Practice has developed and grown to be one of the top 60 firms in the UK, with 13 Partners and some 100 professional and administrative staff.
Organic growth and strategic acquisitions have made the firm the size it is today, but ultimately its underlying commitment and passion for building strong client relationships and bringing innovative and creative solutions to problems and strategic planning have been at the core of our success. We have specialist departments dealing with Music & Entertainment, Business Consulting, Audit and Accounting, Tax Compliance and Tax Planning, as well as specific services including Payroll, Accounting Outsourcing, Employment Consultation, Company Secretarial and Financial Services.
We also provide highly specialised services such as Litigation and Forensic support, Corporate Acquisition/Disposal and Public Company work.
Through our own international association, Premier International Associates which we founded some 11 years ago, we can offer similar services to our clients around the globe.
