Less Than One Month To Go For Graduate & Intern Applications

There’s less than one month to go before applications for SRLV’s graduate and intern programmes for 2025 close. As one of the UK’s top three music & entertainment accountants, there aren’t many firms offering opportunities like this, and numbers are limited!

If you’re interested to learn what makes businesses tick and work with fascinating clients – from well-known music artists and bands to international restaurant groups and luxury retailers – whilst being mentored by our partner-led teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications for our sought-after four-year audit training programme and one-year paid internships are open until Monday 13 January and until Monday 20 January, respectively.

Commenting on the benefits of an SRLV internship, Amalia Dean, who joined as an intern in 2023, said: “Our interns are usually undergraduates, but we have graduate interns as well.  Internships are a good way for graduates to gain experience and get their foot in the door if they’ve struggled to get on an ACA training programme.

“Although I’m studying accounting & management, it’s not real-life accounting,” she added.  “The practical experience I’ve gained at SRLV has given me a better understanding. I’ve learnt more in the last year than all my years at college and university, which will really help me for my final year.”

Audit Junior, Zac Moughton, a history graduate and second-year audit trainee, said: “The first client I helped audit was a book publisher.  Most of our clients are in London, but I had the chance to do a site visit in Ipswich, which was a great first experience.  I also worked with restaurant clients and clothes retailers early in my training and have had experience of music royalties, so it’s really varied and interesting.

“SRLV’s audit course is also four years (instead of three), which allows you to choose when you’re ready to take your exams, rather than having a day chosen for you,” he explained.  “This gives graduates the flexibility to study at their own pace and plan around anything unexpected.  Alongside having a career, SRLV understands that ‘life happens’ and it feels reassuring to work for a company like this, which thinks and cares about its people.”

Based in our contemporary offices in London’s buzzing West-End, our graduate trainees and interns receive a host of benefits, including:

  • 31 days’ annual leave (including 8 bank holidays & 3 additional days over Christmas)
  • Hybrid & Flexible working
  • Regular socials – pizza Fridays, rooftop drinks, company parties and fundraisers
  • Wellbeing support – medical insurance, counselling, gym and fitness retailer discounts
  • Travel support, Group life insurance and 3% pension contribution
  • Full ACA study support, with paid study leave (for graduate trainees)
  • Bonus for completing certificate level exams first-time (for graduate trainees)
  • Promotion and pay-rise opportunities (for graduate trainees)
