About Kieron

I joined SRLV’s Private client division as a director in 2022, after stints with Grant Thornton, Deloitte and Edwin Coe LLP, a central London law firm. I have substantial experience in providing tax advisory and complex tax compliance services to high net worth individuals, families, and their businesses, including those who are domiciled and/or resident outside the UK.

Clients benefit from my extensive knowledge of bespoke offshore and onshore tax planning, UK Inheritance Tax (IHT), trusts, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), tax residence, the remittance basis of taxation and domicile issues.

I have a particular interest in advising clients of the tax implications of acquiring, holding, re-structuring or disposing of high-value UK real estate, including considerations around the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED), Non-Resident CGT (NRCGT), Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), IHT exposure and the Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) regime.

Whether advising individuals, families, owner managed businesses, or non-UK trust and company structures, our goal is to protect and enhance their wealth. I always have an eye on the big picture, pre-empting potential issues and monitoring legislative changes to ensure clients are best placed to protect their interests as well as capitalise on opportunities, often collaborating with the clients’ other advisers to ensure a holistic approach. In this way, my team and I become integral to our clients’ decision-making; together we build strong, lasting relationships of trust and share our collective expertise for the best results.

Clients benefit from my extensive knowledge of bespoke offshore and onshore tax planning, UK inheritance tax, trusts, capital gains tax, tax residence, the remittance basis of taxation and domicile issues.
