Linda Botha

Prior to joining SRLV in 2009, I qualified as a chartered accountant and auditor at one of our Premier International associate firms in South Africa. With over 20 years’ audit and corporate advisory experience, I have a wide portfolio of clients from the fields of premium hospitality, music and entertainment, advertising and marketing, high-end retail and property and construction, to name a few.

As one of the partners in the Corporate division, I jointly oversee the firm’s audit work for large UK companies and groups, international subsidiaries and owner managed businesses from across the firm, whilst supporting clients strategically at board level. This includes advising businesses looking to set up in the UK or expand nationally/internationally, as well as supporting multi-million-pound refinancing and private equity transactions, due diligence work, forensic accounting and fraud assignments.

Our work, as a division, is extremely varied and my team provides a wide range of non-audit support, from bookkeeping, company secretarial, VAT and tax compliance, to cash flow management, forecasting and valuations. We also work closely with our corporate tax team to ensure clients’ businesses are running as tax efficiently as possible.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive knowledge and valuable insights into growing businesses. I have particular expertise in helping clients to drive financial performance and business improvements; working closely with them to help select and set up the right systems or review existing ones, and strengthen their internal accounting and financial reporting processes.

Along with the rest of the team, I’ve worked with many of my clients right from the start. I understand their businesses and what they’re trying to achieve, so can offer them advice and counsel at the very highest level.
