Marc Voulters

I qualified with KPMG and was a partner at two top 20 practices before joining SRLV as a named Partner in 1996. I lead the Corporate division, advising large and growing businesses, including high profile companies, and UK subsidiaries of overseas groups. I am also the Executive Chairman of SRLV, overseeing and directing our own performance, growth and succession. This first-hand experience of running a business allows me to offer an added dimension of insight to clients.

My portfolio spans well-known restaurants, music, entertainment, luxury retail, advertising and marketing, along with a range of other industries. I have advised international hospitality groups entering the UK market and fast-expanding groups, including the first to be floated on the London Stock Exchange.

Many of our clients are exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial, each with complex organisations requiring both high level technical and advisory support. I oversee their corporate advisory, corporate finance, auditing, business and corporate tax affairs in the UK and internationally. With particular expertise in M&A work, I’m also involved with a number of substantial corporate transactions.

I support senior management teams, board directors and company founders, advising on both day-to-day and strategic financial issues. As I have extensive international experience at a management level across many industries, I can also be a sounding board for high level decision making and take a leading role, where needed. Outside meetings, I’m proactive with clients’ business affairs, always thinking about challenges they may face and opportunities to be considered.

As a team, we value the confidence put in us, and the information shared. We invest in our client relationships for a long time to build that trust. I’ve had a number of clients for many years, and watched them grow and succeed in this time; it’s incredibly rewarding.

I initiated our international network, Premier International, when I joined SRLV and currently serve as its President.
