Victoria Fletcher

As Senior Marketing Executive, my role is to communicate SRLV’s brand and expertise to the market. I aim to articulate and bring to life our values and passion for the industry-leading work we do and the long-standing relationships we hold with our clients and peer network.  

My responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, from website management, content creation, and campaign co-ordination to market research, trend analysis, and business development. I am always working on something different which makes each day both fresh and invigorating.  

I have been in marketing for four years with over two years of those in the professional services sector. I am a strong believer in the power of storytelling, selling not just a transactional service but building trust and confidence within our following.

Established in London’s West End in 1988, our company has deep roots in the creative sector and has since expanded to be a successful multi-faceted firm. Our background and ethos make writing about SRLV very easy. We have a meaningful story that continues to gain more chapters. 

One of the aspects I enjoy most about my role is how sociable it is, both internally and externally. I truly get to know staff from all corners of the firm and learn their stories, as well as attend networking events with partners and directors. This allows me to put names to faces and make strong working relationships.  

SRLV is an exciting company to work for, both because of the industries we specialise in and the people in the team. We have a wealth of characters from all walks of life, each just as driven and creative as the next. For an office that holds around 200 staff, there really is a camaraderie about the place.
