Graduate Programme - Shine as an individual

Each year we select 5-7 articulate, ambitious individuals to join our highly sought-after Audit Graduate Training Programme. You’ll be immersed in our world and guided by our supportive team, working with some fascinating clients – from well-known music artists and bands to international restaurant groups, luxury retail businesses and digital content creators.

Life at SRLV

Based in contemporary open plan offices in London’s buzzing West-End, our working environment is dynamic and fast-paced but nurturing and informal too. Our 180-strong team, with over 20 languages between them, is diverse and inspiring. You’ll make friends, gain industry knowledge and work hard but you’ll also kick-back and have some fun too; we’re a pretty social bunch.

We value unique traits and special strengths. We see everyone as individuals, shaping our graduate application process to find the right character fit for our team, not just the best number crunchers around. Over four years, we help you to build belief in yourself, to learn resilience and confidence, as well as hone your technical skills and achieve your professional qualifications.

We strive to help you shine as the individual and the professional you want to be.

Your Training & Development

Mentored and supported through your studies over four years by a technically excellent team, you’ll progress from Junior to Senior with rewards to match. In our fast-paced but supportive learning environment, no two days will be the same.

You’ll finish as an exceptional auditor, but more than that you’ll know what makes a business tick; you’ll understand the systems, the complexities, the risks and the characters. We believe the audit pathway will equip you with the strongest foundation of technical and practical expertise for an accountancy career. We also hope that, like many of the grads here, you’ll be inspired to stay and there are opportunities to move into other specialist areas such as Tax or Business Management.

Graduate Pathway

Your mental and physical well-being matters. We know that studying and working can be tough, plus a lot can change at this stage of your life, which is why our programme has been extended to four years. This gives you the highest chance of completing your qualification to the best of your ability without unnecessary pressure.

We take a flexible approach so that you can work through your exams at a pace to suit you. Hybrid working includes days in the office, at college, from home and at clients’ offices. You’ll also get paid study leave.

It can get very competitive when you’re a trainee at larger firms in terms of what exam results you get and the hours you work. It’s not like that here; we encourage each other to do well and everyone has a life outside work.
