SRLV launches entry for its 2024 Creative Division internships

We’re excited to announce that applications for SRLV’s coveted Creative Division internships for 2024 are now live. If you’re a finance or business undergraduate looking to gain incredible work experience as part of a paid year in industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Each year we select a cohort of promising university students to join our intern programme, giving them the opportunity to be guided by our supportive teams and work alongside partners for inspiring clients across the creative industries.

Commenting on the benefits of an SRLV internship, Pembe Salamone, Director at SRLV, said: “The practical business and organisational skills interns learn will put them ahead when applying for jobs after graduation, and may even help them to achieve a better degree too.”

Manager, Danielle Pike, who joined SRLV as an intern in 2016, adds: “During my placement, I assisted one of the music partners, who had some very high-profile clients, and carried out a range of work, covering payments and bookkeeping, VAT returns, tour accounting and business management. I came away with a huge amount of experience and was asked to come back by one of the partners and offered a job in the music team for when I graduated.

“There are half a dozen interns starting together each year and everyone’s made to feel very welcome,” she explains. “It’s a community and there’s always something happening so you get to meet people quickly. All the partners are approachable; you can talk to them about life or share a joke. It’s not just about work, which is rare in a corporate setting.”

Based in our contemporary offices in London’s buzzing West-End, interns receive a host of benefits throughout their one-year contract, including:

  • 31 days’ annual leave (including 8 bank holidays & 3 additional days over Christmas)
  • Hybrid & Flexible working
  • Regular socials – pizza Fridays, rooftop drinks, company parties and fundraisers
  • Wellbeing support – medical insurance, counselling, gym and fitness retailer discounts
  • Travel support (cycle to work scheme and season ticket loans)
  • Group life insurance and 3% pension contribution

As one of the UK’s top three music & entertainment accountants, there aren’t many firms offering placements like this, and numbers are limited.
