James Parmenter

I did my training with SRLV, starting at the company in 1998 as a Junior. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of music industry clients; my portfolio includes every level from world famous names to unsigned artists, together with the network that supports them of record labels and major publishing companies. I am now a Senior Manager in the Music and Entertainment team.

Within this role, my core specialisms are business management and business consulting, financial reporting, corporate finance and tour accounting. With over 25 years in the music industry, clients are confident I’m fully versed in all its challenges, from day-to-day business management through to touring and the complexities that arise from country to country.

I gain the most satisfaction from building up my professional relationships over time. Getting to know my clients, what they require depending on the stage of their career, and delivering the best advice I can is highly rewarding.

We’re always here to offer both technical help and strategic guidance, whenever it’s needed. I don’t believe clients could have a stronger team on-side.
