Liora Hanstater

I’m a Senior Manager in the Creative division with clients in the music and entertainment industries.

Day to day, I work on accounts preparation, which covers both my clients’ year end and any tour accounts. I’m also involved with budgeting, liaising and supporting the accounts production team to ensure that all aspects of the process run smoothly.

A working day is fast paced and with many deadlines to meet simultaneously, my priority within the team is to help everyone to hit them, and I’m always looking for new ways to maximise our efficiency. Prioritising our workload is key, and I ensure that all the teams have a clear and common focus on what to deliver, and by when.

Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, I know how valuable it is to build a strong relationship with my colleagues – the levels of trust we have in each other really helps to alleviate the pressure of our deadlines. It’s hugely satisfying to be able to both support and motivate my team members and to do the very best that we can for each client.

As a music fan growing up in South Africa, I followed a lot of British artists and am thrilled to be able to collaborate with clients in an industry that I have a great interest in, and passion for.
