As a Senior Manager in the Owner Managed Business division, I cover a broad range of industries including hospitality, art and galleries, advertising and marketing and real estate.

I aim to build strong business relationships with my clients whilst specialising in a number of areas including accounts, value added tax, corporation and Private client tax, financial reporting, business acquisitions and disposals, financial due diligence and valuations.

I have experience with a large number of clients that invest in property, who need advice on structuring deals with careful consideration of the various taxes involved, such as stamp duty land tax, value added tax, corporation and Private client tax.

My industry experience means my portfolio of clients can rely on me to support them on their journey – whether they’re buying a NYC warehouse, or planning a multi-million-pound sale. I know the pitfalls, which means I can pre-empt most issues in order to minimise stress for my clients. This ensures that deals go through as smoothly and quickly as possible and of course, my team and I are continually looking out for what will benefit our clients most – we’re always thinking for them.
