After qualifying as a chartered accountant, I co-founded SRLV in 1988 with my best friend, Laurence Finger. With experience I had gained in the entertainment industry, SRLV was born with a foundation of fledgling actors and aspiring singers, as well as music and fashion industry clients. Today, SRLV is widely recognised as one of the top three music and entertainment firms in the UK.

As a consultant since 1 January 2026, I continue to support the wider team in advising high net worth individuals and prominent figures in the entertainment industry, from recording artists, performers and songwriters to record company executives, actors and television personalities.

As well as day to day accounting needs, SRLV’s clients have extensive and complex property and investment interests which require wide ranging tax compliance and consultancy support. The real estate sector in its broadest sense is also an area where I have many years of knowledge and experience. I am also known for providing specialist advice in matrimonial disputes and valuations, working closely with leading UK law practices.

I have been with many of my clients since the very beginning of their careers and have enjoyed watching them flourish, supporting their decision-making and sharing their success over the years. It is the personal one-to-one contact and the long term relationships of trust that we share with our clients that I believe genuinely stands us apart from other firms.

I serve on the board of an AIM listed company and spent nine years as a non-executive director of XLMedia. I recently stepped down as the longest serving Trustee of the Teenage Cancer Trust and was awarded the British Empire Medal in the New Year’s Honours List 2026 for charitable services.
