Since our founding partners, Richard Rosenberg and Laurence Finger, formed their partnership back in 1988, a lot has changed for us, our clients and the industries we work in. From an original team of four, we’ve evolved into a diverse and internationally-focussed 20-partner firm of over 170 staff, fluent in more than 20 languages.

With ever-expanding expertise across 12 specialist industries, we work with an inspiring roster of creative, corporate, owner managed business and private clients, covering five continents.

From well-known international performing artists to Michelin starred restaurants, we’ve been privileged to support some incredible and uniquely talented individuals and businesses over the years, many of whom are long-standing clients.

As their careers and businesses have grown, we’ve celebrated their success. To date, we’ve overseen hundreds of millions of pounds worth of corporate transactions for clients. We’re now part of top 15 accountancy group, ETL Global, and have developed our own international network – Premier International – which has 23 partner firms around the globe.

It’s been quite a journey as senior partner, Marc Voulters, explains: “We’ve seen vast global change over the past 35 years.
