Natasha Lichten

My role as a Payroll Manager means that I support a wide variety of clients across the whole of the SRLV portfolio. I bring a wealth of knowledge to the process, having had 15 years’ training with a Top 10 accountancy firm. I now lead a team of four payroll administrators, offering start to finish payroll services and highly personalised, comprehensive advice to our clients.

I enjoy the challenge of working with an array of clients and industries, adapting to their individual needs. My role involves daily problem solving, identifying and tackling the variety of analytical challenges that arise, both quickly and efficiently. We’re here to help our clients to make the right decisions and remove any uncertainty they may have.

In addition to this, I head up the training and education of the team. SRLV has always invested in new technology which is central to our operations and expansion, so we regularly review and test new systems and ways of working.

As part of my duties as the head of the social committee, I really appreciate being able to solidify the family-oriented ethos of the company, building internal relationships and helping to achieve the optimum work/life balance.
